THE COURSE

Serving up a Story is an online writing course comprised of tips, tricks, reading, and twenty-five  writing challenges. Although it is designed to run over a six week period, you can take six months if you like. Our lives are busy and sometimes things trip us up, so do what feels right for you.

Each challenge focuses on a different element of storytelling. Theme, character, creating authentic dialogue, etc. 

Once you have registered and paid for the course, you will receive the course syllabus via email.  If you have paid for the $49 course, you can work through the indivdual challenges on your own, or perhaps share them with a friend for feedback. I hope the lessons and prompts will serve to inspire you and have you writing with heart and energy in no time! If you are buying the $250 course, then you will email me your challenges as you complete them for a private one-on-one critique. (I love this part. Reading partcipant's work is always so inspiring, and I enjoy getting to know you.)
